There are many factors:

1) What VoIP app you're using?
2) How long you use?
3) 6GB/month do include other app usage. What's your current usage?

Nobody can guarantee if your 6GB plan is enough or not. Video calling usage is much higher than voice calling, and it is typically recommended to do so over WiFi.
