Pretty irresponsible to not leash the dog in public imo.

Worst is she let the dog chase a chicken as if its a toy.

Just accident waiting to happen.

some people got phobia of dogs
and we live in a multi racial society, some people cannot touch dog or let dog touch

what if your dog ki siao attack people?
what if people ki siao attack your dog?
