Doubt about acceptance due date.

I applied to SIM as backup and received offer. They’ve said the acceptance due date is 29th April. I’ve asked them to extend till around 15th May in order to wait for response from other Uni. What is the chance they’ll accept my request and extend the due date to 15th May.

So they just called me and said that I ought to accept it and should I receive any offers or change my decision I can withdraw *free of cost* by mid May or end May.

I withdrew from SIM last year on the first day of school which is july. I did not pay any school fees yet so it was free, just need to call them up and give them the reason and they will ask you to print the withdrawal form and scan to them.
