Drag-over note in threads

I wish to report that the Drag-over note is not functioning-well.
In the past, whenever I drag the cursor over the thread, it will show the short note.
I am using Firefox.
Pls investigate thoroughly.

In what way is it not functioning well. Can you provide some screenshots on the issue you are experiencing, so that the admins can better respond to your problem?

I am on Firefox and it works fine.
