You can use the second slot for supplement mobile data or tourist prepaid card when travelling. Some put in company issued sim card for business calls if they find carrying 2 phone as too troublesome. And many other reasons lo

The other good reason is that one sim card has only voice/data while the other sim card has free 1GB data that come with the broadband package.... can save quite ten to twenty dollars in terms of mobile subscription charges per month lor.

I wonder why whatsapp and other chat app dont want offer dual account, maybe at some premium... im sure many will gladly pay for this. But may also lead to some abuse or problem.
