Earliest enlistment date for mono-intake poly batch?

Hi all,
I was wondering what is the earliest enlistment date for someone who failed IPPT and enlisting into CDO mono-intake for poly students?
I just went for my CDO VA and there is a chance I may get enlisted in and be in PTP batch (hopefully I pass my retake).
I want to book a chalet to celebrate my birthday which is in May but I am afraid that it will clash with my enlistment.

Don't worry. They will give you at least a few months notice before you enlist. So you can plan anything you want.

Not sure you have to listen to me. But if you listen to this person and "plan anything you want" end up your enlistment crashes with your plan, I am pretty sure he wouldn't compensate you for it.

Why are you only thinking of CDO and not the earliest intake for non CDO?

Issue with that is that enlistment letter usually come two months before actual enlistment. I am scared that it will not be enough time to book a chalet

You think about it this week, the only time one can confirm when one will enlist is when the enlistment letter comes. As to when the enlistment comes, that 1 cannot even be confirmed.

So is either you don't take the risk and don't work, or you take the risk and tell your prospective employer that you are awaiting enlistment. See if they still want to hire you.
