EDMW reply panel spoilt?

Anyone reply panel looks like this below?
I can't bold or font or color
What setting I accidentally disabled??

Only font size slightly different....panel still cannot use.....

Even when I quoted both of you the interface looks different from last time....


But thanks anyway.....think have to page for admin to assist.....
@Intrinion or other mods, would appreciate if any of you is able to let me know what have I accidentally changed/disabled....I am using HWZ app....thanks in advance...
