hmm any recommendations on what to port out to?
thinking of shifting my parents to the annual plan
need to find a provider that can do 3rd party port in (so your transfer ownership portion is covered)
depend whose name u using, if their name, can try the senior route at main telco for port in then port out (make sure plan have no contract)
and also at the lowest contract terms
the main telco sure can
i didnt try this option since a long while ago, but some may be on exceptional processing so u have to self validate with them or read all the mvno port in terms to see if its supported at this point of time

(if there is above 1 month of bill required, best u use till expiry then transfer, provided the eight annual plan promo you want is still available)
1) zym (but may have 1-2 months worth of plan bill)
2) vivifi (but may have 1-2 months worth of plan bill)
3) circles seem to support also
4) other mvno across sg, please do your due diligence or see if anyone else have idea to confirm

From the link and the porting form, it support 3rd party owner
And their plan can be terminated within 1 month, with that porting should be the same term as such
