Parts of several appliances in my house gives a mild electronic shock (maybe tingle) to some of you when I touch them. Is this normal? More than anything it's damn annoying when i touch them by accident. An electrifying feeling. It's not static because it's always there like 'leaking electricity'.
This includes the power supply, the USB ports, parts on the back panel of PC. Basically the metal parts gives this extreme tingling, high static sensation when i touch it.
Also, parts on the back of my TV, like where the aerial connectors are and where it plugs into the wall socket. Are all electrical items supposed to be like that or should they feel completely insulated.
Is there anything wrong?
