Im from ntu Eee, graduating soon.
I think u may need passion and quite a bit of interest in electrical n electronic to study eee at degree level.
Most importantly, you need to possess a lot of patience, as well as to motivate yourself to literally go and read textbook, after listening to people who are not very good in english trying hard to explain engineering concepts in english. Howeveer, here are also very good people who can explain things in 5 mins, n those who take 10 mins trying to explain but end up causing more confusion.
How good is your maths? Because if ur maths is not very good like me, u will need Patience when trying to solve equations over long durations, and able to not feel depressed when nothing gets solved. Almost everything is modelled using math .
If you are like me, not very clever, not very smart, take time to understand things, you must have the discipline to study everyday. Because sometimes you will not understand the full picture within a day. May need few days for the brain to realise the concept and exploit them to solve problem .
Was thinking of appealing but don't think i can be successful in that...
