Do you guys get the order number immediately after ordering? I ordered a lot of things in credits and excess of cash. They already deducted my cash from bank but I never get order number or receipt email. Even in the ns.sg transaction history is not reflected of the order, and the credit amount still no change.

Tried calling ST CS and also email, both replies were not helpful at all..

You should call the NS hotline to get them to push this upward.

What kind of reply did you get from ST? They flat out deny you made the order or they cannot find your order?

Also, inform your bank about the charge, and the non-fulfilment of the order. The bank can dispute the charge with ST.

If you can get the money back, then you can try putting in a new order, since they didn't use the credits.
