Thanks, I've looked through the webpage and the TNC, there's no indication of withdrawal of coupons annually so would this automatically mean that the coupons / interest is accumulated over the 3 years & paid out with principal upon maturity?

Yes, provided the holder doesn't die within the 3 year term.
