Enlistment for 1st generation PR

[Palary]

Say if someone became a PR here before 18 while studying here. Will he be automatically called up for NS or does he needs to purposely register for enlistment?

1st gen PR doesn’t need to serve NS.

In what way will a person get PR before 18 as a first gen?

Cos i know PR criteria is need to contribute to singapore and/or have a certain educational qualification.

Before 18 i assumed you have not joined the workforce yet or even not completed your studies yet. So u wont meet the criteria.

Can those that our government 'beg' them to come and take up our scholarship can get PR and even citizenship by just studying in Singapore.

But the scholarship is for university one. Below 18 definitely wont get it.
