Just completed my new build. Last friday it was ok...boot up, installed window, no problem.
All my parts are new except PSU.

Today when I turn on my PC, motherboard shows error 00. Basically no display, not even bios.

I have tried..
a. remove the ram and boot
b. remove ram and reinstall only one stick
c. check all PSU connection.
d. confirm monitor and dsplay cables are working

I suspect is CPU error. If I remove my H100i liquid cooler, and inspect my CPU for bent pin, do I need to reapply thermal paste when I reseat the liquid cooler? This H100i cooler is new and just installed 4 days back.

PC spec on the right

Any other suggestion how can I troubleshoot? Thanks in advance.

it's a dead hardware...
need to re-test every hardware you have..
1.) psu
2.) gpu
3.) mem
4.) mobo bent pins
5.) cpu

for testing purpose you don't need to re-apply thermal paste as long as your only on the uefi/bios screen.

have you tried clearing CMOS by pressing the red CLR_CMOS button on the motherboard?
