error playing .MOV files

need some help ... my friend transferred me some videos for presentation from his mac. i downloaded via email attachment to my windows pc, but can't seem to play/open it. there's an error. i tried encoding it with klite but still failed to play them. they are in .MOV format (quicktime), which also failed to play on quicktime (on windows pc) too ...

need help please!

thanks bro, but i tried that too and failed.

Anyway, just an update. I got him to resend me the stuff. I think previous files were corrupted. now works fine.
