Errors playing video files downloaded from iphone to PC

While i am able to successfully transfer the video files taken using iphone, from iphone to my PC, I am not able to play the files from the PC.


I don encounter such issue with photo files.

I already have the video playing software (which can supposedly run mp4 files) installed in my PC.

Can anyone advise pls?
