Received sms today too.. compensation for eEASY save V and even Dash EasyEarn which i cant even remember was how long ago...

If they are a legit company and kena audit, sure need to account for it

perhaps their audits detected this error, if that is the case, finally internal auditors have been shown to be useful

Someone said banks dun make mistakes, oops this is not a bank! But bank do make mistakes in interest calculations too cos there is still some manual intervention.

If it is internal auditors, then they failed badly, took them so many years to find out.

My guess - most likely M&A due diligence audit or Etiqa pre-emptively tidying its liabilities for the deal closing. Maybank recently annouced buy over of Etiqa!
