i got a scare when my card cannot withdraw from the atm after several tries on different atms. luckily got other cards. anyway, if got some spare cash is better than no spare cash.

IIRC, only Cathay does not charge while the rest charges.

Ur memory is too. 7-11 and other convenience stores Trust card no charge for Cathay ATMs.

No fees if used on megabank, bank of taiwan and cathay bank for utrip, revolut and trust cards.
