If dun increase, staffs will leave. If increase, coy earning will decrease. So to increase more n balance the earning, staffs is expected to work more n mayb staffs that leave will not be replaced.

This year increment was based on last year so it’s the usual 2-3% cos inflation was low last year.

I think next year increment will be higher on a nominal basis cos it covers this year

If you 10 yrs no increment or worse, salary drop... its not the fault of your Employer alone, you share the blame for allowing your employer to take advantage of you to this extent. You need to learn to walk away.... your relationship with your employer is not a family relationship, get that straight.
