Failure to configure windows update.

I just customized a computer at Sim Lim but I am having difficulties with windows update. when I turn off my computer, I have to update over 100plus updates and are sucessful until the welcome page when I had a failure to configure windows update and reverting changes. I am running a windows 7 64bit com. please help.
