Fan controller for loud fans

Hi, I currently have 3 1850rpm Gentle Typhoons in my rig, 1 as front intake, 1 as side intake and 1 as exhaust.

But the front and side intake fans are producing a low humming sound that feels a little irritating to me. It's not incredibly loud but I'd prefer it if it's quiet.

Would anyone recommend me getting a fan controller to contrtrol the fans (e.g Bitfenix Recon)???

I would recommend lamptron if you can find it 2nd hand, or any shop still selling...

Otherwise, nzxt sentry 2, bitfenix recon will do... or can try scythe kazemaster II at chamoxa...

Just take note of how many watts per channel, and the amt of watts your fans need. For your case, the Ap-15 uses 0.018A or 0.2W (Around there, irrc, its a very small number, can hook up to 30-50 fans per channel for 30w per channel FC)
