Fan not working anymore

Hi guys,

I've got a questions, my CPU fan is not functioning anymore. Should I leave it as it is or should I get a new fan?

Will it have any complication if I chose not to replace the fan?

Your cpu might get overheated . You tried replugging in the cpu fan header ?

Is there CPU fan confirmed not working or is there something wrong with the motherboard? You should try another cpu fan to test it, leaving it as it is will probably cause overheating. If it's the fan problem change one asap.

Yeah, it's the big fan behind the casing. It's not spinning for quite a while already. So I should remove and replace a new one asap? How much will it cost?

Huh? Are you referring to the CPU fan or the Casing/System fan? Both are very different fans. CPU fan is the fan connected to your heatsink that goes above your CPU processor. Casing Fan is just a fan to aid cooling to your system, usually in the back or front of casing or both.

Please take a picture and post it here. If it's the usual 120mm casing fan, just replace it, it's very cheap. You can get one of those with nice colours for $10, or $5 without colour LED.

Take your room window as example.
No fan blowing the wind out.

It becomes outflow or inflow or both?
