Hi, previously, I have read a news article saying that flight from SELETAR airport to SUBANG airport Malaysia by Firefly is more convenient and save time. I purchased a flight for my trip in April next month yesterday. I didn't receive any of my flight itinerary nor invoices from Firefly. Will that be ok to just show my flight infos which I screenshot yesterday on my iphone on that day of my departure? Before I made the payment I have double checked that the flight include 7kg of hand carry luggage and 10kg checked luggage. How could I be sure I enjoy the 10kg checked luggage?
Besides, according to the news article taking flight from SELETAR doesn't has to arrive 2/3hours before the flight. Wondering anyone taking Seletar airport flights and reach there 1 hour before the flight ?

No not ok. You'll need to show your booking reference and/or e-ticket number.

You'll need a ticket for the flight.

I just wrote to the customer relations to ask them to send me the ticket/itinerary and invoice.
Wondering how could we retrieve the confirmation number?

Be at the check-in at least an hour before your departure time. Your luggage allowance is on your itinerary print-out, or receipt, no? Is Firefly flying turboprops from Seletar? Ought to be interesting! I prefer Subang, if not for the lack of train transportation serving the airport.

Yes, turboprop. Very noisy when you board the aircraft. But kids may find it fascinating.

There is skypark link. But it is not sheltered and need to climb up and down. Think the frequency of each train is hourly. When I saw the train station from Subang airport, I took out my phone to scan for grab and airasia without hesitation.

It stated Special Service Request- Baggage 10kg FREE. So, I believe I will have 10kg checked luggage.

Is it easy to call a cab at the Subang airport or is it more convenient to get grab services?

Easy to get grab or airasia. As usual, price fluctuate depending on supply and demand. There are taxi drivers at the waiting point for grab and airasia but I am used to private hire service.

I couldn’t find any online check in on the firefly app. How could I do an online check in?
Or just proceed to the Seletar airport counter to do the check in tomorrow morning?

Not sure if Seletar airport got like auto drop off baggage machine like Changi. If don't have, you go there check-in lor, since need to drop off the baggage at the counter.

Online or mobile check in is not available for those who fly out from Seletar airport.
I was there 2hours before my flight last week and very few passengers were doing the counter check in. The process was smooth and fast.
Only 4 counters at the airport.
I’m staying in Chai Chee and I took a private hire costed me $21, it was 9am.
If I had taken flight from Changi, I could simply take MRT. So, not really worth the money.
