Go download the latest version of Firefox from their webpage, that should update your FF keys store to the latest version and resolve the problem.

Your system has proxy set right ?Use system proxy settings and untick for enable dns over https
Your system has proxy set right ?
That's the DNS not proxy.Google DNS 8.8.8.8 & 8.8.4.4
That's the DNS not proxy.
I changed to these 2 DNS resolvers, it didn't change the issue certificate chain.
Feel free to screen shot your system proxy settings for me to see, or you can set back to system proxy and see if the problem comes back again to know what is going on. There is certainly something fishy going on.Opps. Then I am not aware of any proxy.
The Automatically detect settings may have applied something depending on what is installed on your system ?This you mean ?

If you set back to system settings in Firefox, does the problem comes back ?
Open up your command prompt and typenetsh winhttp show proxy
What do you see get displayed ?
You have a DNS resolver within your own network ? Like Pihole, some kind of ad blocker or vpn that works by using DNS redirecting ?Ok so after some testing, the result is that I must tick the "enable dns over https" otherwise I will not be able to access The Edge Singapore, regardless whether I choose no proxy, auto-detect proxy or use system proxy settings.
Okay so what is left is your DNS resolving path.

The DNS over HTTPS helps to redirect your DNS resolution to Cloudflare directly over HTTPS when using FF browser.
