First time building a gaming rig

Hi guys,

This is my first time going for a custom rig, hence I would need some help from you guys to build a new gaming rig.

I have set aside a budget of 1k (+- $100). Would like to have a medium tower and would like this rig to be able to play LoL and Dota2 at the max video settings. Also i would play games like skyrim and would hope to play skyrim with around medium to high video settings.

Sorry to ask a noob question, but may I know who or where is fortran? And how could I contact fortran?
