CPU: Intel Core i5-7500 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor
CPU Cooler: Use stock cooler or Cryorig M9i. (cheaper yet the same.)
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-H110M-DS2 (there's no need for a Z-series board when your processor is not unlocked.)
Memory: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-2133 Memory (H110 series motherboard don't run higher than 2133MHz, any higher is just a waste.)
Video Card: Asus GeForce GTX 1070 8GB Dual Series Video Card (consider Palit or Zotac. Cheaper yet the same. Unless you're buying this for the white colour scheme then go ahead)
Case: Tecware Edge or Xigmatek Frontliner (looks better overall and few bucks cheaper)
Power Supply: EVGA SuperNOVA G2 550W (pretty expensive but it's a good psu, could settle for a Superflower leadex silver 550W if budget comes to concern.)
SSD/HDD: Reuse existing

You will need to flash the motherboard to use 7th series processor. Can ask shop if they can do for you. Out of goodwill, they might. Otherwise need to bring to distributor/service center to do so.

For OS, you could get from carousell or reddit if you needed it.

Lastly, look up on AMD ryzen. It could interest you.
