Standard Chartered's e$aver also give good interest rate now and flexible withdrawal.

mine is under standard chartered step up deposit IF im not wrong.
I did it during CNY period during their interest rate promotion
every 3 month allow withdrawal without penalty.
every 3 month deposit interest into account .
it was a 3 year deposit with an average per annum 1.42% iirc.
