Flickering Graphics During Gaming

When I'm gaming, my laptop gaming graphics (3070) starts flickering. When I alt tab out to Windows 11 home screen, the graphics card switches to the Intel one and the flicker stops.

Does that mean that my 3070 card is faulty and about to break down? It's probably under warranty within 2 years of purchase. Any advice or info? Thanks.

I mean its a laptop right? send for servicing.
