Flight booking cancellation

Hi all, one of my passenger cannot make it & need to cancel the flight booking, google & no refund allowable, but I did see there is a possibility to still get the airport taxes refunded, it also stated it has some processing fees.
Not sure worthwhile to request for refund then..

Eh, Google won't know what kind of tickets you have puchased so how does Google know it's non-refundable?

Check your ticket fare rules. It should be in the email sent to you. If the airport taxes paid are $300, then paying a $150 refund fee is worth it cos you'll get $150 back!
