There are no direct flights, AFAIK. Flying Guangzhou and then transferring by rail may be faster and cheaper. You also get to arrive in downtown Guilin or Yangshuo.

Thanks....I was looking thru n see most flights got stopovers. End up more than 12 hrs.
But arriving at baiyun airport still need time to get to the train station.
I guess this is only way as there seemed to be no direct flight.

Better buy in advance. It is a popular route especially over weekends.
The train brings you to downtown Guilin and not its airport 2 hours away by road. Coming back to Guangzhou, you have the option of boarding at Yangshuo.
Baiyun is connected to Guangzhou South by subway.

If take hsr, should start at which gz station n end at which guilin station? Seemed like got a few stations.

take bus from shenzhen to yangshou . around 8 hours.
leave at night, can save one night hotel fee.
