Floating Bridge at Sentosa touches water

Just visited the bridge recently, and the sea water was touching the base of the bridge. Not sure if due to rising sea level or sagging brigdge!

I didn't take a photo...but the planks in the mid section are wet due to close proximity above sea level. Please visit yourself around noon time. Visited the bridge several times in the past, this is the first time I noticed how close the water is to the bridge.
