For side loading you need xcode which unhappily is only available on a Mac.

The other way to do it is to borrow a Mac from someone else and do it.

Still possible to side load it. You just need to change the bundle identifier and iOS development target to 9.1.

managed to side load e app on my 6s n it works beautifully. but too bad doesn't work for iPad 2 where it only shows a black screen upon launching app.

sorry to bump. but in case anyone has e same black screen issue like me, just do a Product > Clean in Xcode then install again. it should work. now enjoying flux on my iPad 2
