Food Prep for work lunch

I work in industry area for a very long time and the food is starting to take a toll on me as I turn 44..
Almost everywhere near my office, food feel very heavy.

You can only eat that much ban mian and fish soup before wanting to hit my head on the wall.
Looking for options to eat healthier. My wife work as a teacher, so she doesn't really have that problem.

I can always ask her to cook more for dinner, and I can carry it to lunch the next day but left overs.. :spin:

Anyone have any good recipe that is good for food prep though out the week?
Any guidance will be good too.

Food prep for whole week still consider left over. I always cook a lot for dinner so can bring the left over to office the next day. My type is low or almost no carbs diy lunch. Not sure suit u or not. Of course u can add on your own rice / noodles.

- curry chicken (sometimes local, sometimes japanese style)
- curry or assam fish (no tomatoes, if need, put some just before u heat up)
- chicken stew with mushrooms and white radish
- stir fried chicken fillet with celery
- black pepper chicken or pork with capsicum
- salmon soup or pan fried salmon
- baked chicken thigh or drumstick
- any soup except veggies soup
- braised chicken or pork ribs
- canned tuna, hard boiled eggs, chopped cucumber and Greek yogurt)

Actually, any protein in whatever cooking style is fine. Just cook more and take the portion u need for next day first before u eat your dinner.

FYI, I won't prep or eat any overnight leafy veggies and steamed fish. If i need fibre, will bring along some tomatoes and cucumber to office or steamed some lady fingers, broccoli, cauliflower the night before. If need carbs, will add boiled or steamed potatoes to my food or prep overnight oats.
