[For Posterity] Population White Paper - 77 vs 13; Do U Know who were 7 PAP MPs didn't Vote for PWP?

The Population White Paper (6.9 million population planning parameter) was endorsed by 77 votes to 13, with one abstention in 2013.

But the SG Parliament has a total of 99 parliamentarians in all:

87 elected MPs (80 PAP + 7 WP);

3 NCMPs (Yee Jenn Jong, Gerald Giam & Lina Chiam); and

9 NMPs.

So how did the parliament vote for the PWP in 2013?

2. Muhamad Faisal Bin Abdul Manap (WP)
3. Chen Show Mao (WP)
4. Pritam Singh (WP)
5. Lee Li Lian (WP)

8. Yee Jenn Jong (NCMP - WP)
9. Gerald Giam (NCMP - WP)

Only 73 out of the 80 PAP MPs voted for the Population White Paper.

So who were the SEVEN PAP MPs that did NOT vote for the PWP?

Here's the names of the 7 PAP MPs who were never reported in mainstream media:

1 Lee Kuan Yew - Absent with Permission

2 Chia Shi-Lu - Absent as at 12.30pm when the House met

3 Raymond Lim Siang Keat - Absent as at 12.30pm when the House met

4 Alvin Yeo - Absent as at 12.30pm when the House met

5 Inderjit Singh - Present when the House met but did not vote

6 Indranee Rajah - Present when the House met but did not vote

7 Ng Eng Hen - Present when the House but did not vote
