My cousin go in with just ITE cert lei.

He going to sign on until he die i think. Now already 4x n nvr work other job b4 n he just got a baby. He try work sales b4 but in the end go back sign on again

We no more contact so doing what he doing now just hear from parents. Our parents do regular meetups

How old is your cousin? There is always a risk after some years the organization doesn't want you any more and you are too old to start anew, especially with family and other commitments.

Happened to my brother. He signed on air force after O levels and was there until 30+. Not much of relevant commercial experience so quite hard to start anew at that age with family, two kids, housing loans, etc.

if u were not an officer during ur nsf time, its difficult to get in as officer again..
