Just want to know if anyone is involved in investing in forex EA schemes? Understand that these are automation robot which you can either join their program or sign up under a group (but with certain commission)

No, these are always a scam. If the robots actually made money, the creator would make a LOT more money by trading the signals themselves. If they're selling a strategy it's because it doesn't work.

Yes you can find information on the mql 5 webpage. Algorithms sometimes helps with strategy robustness, for testing and also when you want to trade when two custom indicators intersected (decision logic), and at only a certain angle. not simply just pure optimization. one can also filter and select robot parameters. There is a tab that you can click on that says auto trading. You can also create your own EA using the mql language.

If some settings aren't done right, it can over expose your account with potentially a margin call. during impt mkt events, stop losses can risk being overun while profitable trades are not being executed. look out also for order size. do your research before committing to any EA, and keep your expectations realistic. re caution comes if the provider is only focused on selling an ea.

understand how well it works and when used in the manner for which it was designed. there are also other professional tools available.

as shiny things hv said, if the ea was profitable why need to ask u and others to join and earn off ur commission?

if u have some money to burn then it may be a good painful learning experience, but the thing about linking ur account to another master EA is that sometimes you the owner of the sub account cant even un-link it whenever you want to.

you need to go through the person , and you can imagine the haywire when the market goes nuts and everyone wants to un-link their account, it wont be in time and your money gone.

thus if u really want to run any EA, do only run it urself as 888888888888 said, hooking ur account to another is risky even if the EA works. just because sometimes u cant unlink the acc anytime u wish to.
