Forgot my security password

Hi all, need help. I forgot my security Q n A passwords. When I attempted to reset them, it sends a code to my super old ipad which is no longer w me.

So what can I do? I still can log in to the Apple ID. But cannot set up 2fa. For advice.

Can Apple store Staff helps?
