Current specs

i5-3330
8gb ram
sapphire r290x tri-x
intel 730 SSD

I get around 40-50FPS(on high quality) in crowded, open areas in World of warcraft.

However when I watch streams on my second monitor(on source quality), the FPS can drop below 20. Watching youtube/movies does not have impact on the FPS.

Is this due to the specs of my computer, and is it in need of an upgrade?
