Any upcoming project coming?

I’m thinking anyone here keen to buy one for either invest or retirement in future...

Like say 2 bedded how much will it be?

5mil baht onwards. im based in bangkok and thought of buying to invest. but then over time i realised the market quite concentrated liao.want to sell also difficult. most locals buy houses or townhouses, which is bigger and cheaper. the rental yield on the surface like quite good, maybe 5-8%. but u minus here and there + the effort to manage it, not very worth it i think. you can check out ddproperty.

if you have access cash, its nice to own a place. but you can also considering renting. cheap rent and dont have to huan lo so much, anything not working you can call the landlord to fix.

Thailand property is unlike SG. There is not much value for investment.
