Frequent BSOD for unknown reasons

Hi all,

Since 2 days ago my 4 year old PC has been having frequent BSOD. Here are the scenario when it happens.

1) BSOD when opening email
2) BSOD after bios startup
3) BSOD when entering safe mode
4) BSOD during win7 system restore

Funny thing is after detaching then various usb ports and restoring the system to previous save point the BSOD did not happen again the entire night while gaming.

Then yesterday, after start up leaving the pc on for dinner it just BSOD with nothing done.

I took a picture of the error msg. Need some help here. Thanks.

If can before the bsod occur open the event viewer then see what's the problem. If it's kernel problem maybe mobo somewhere got electrical problem or psu old liao

I open event viewer but don't really know how to check if its kernel problem. Sorry kind of noon in this troubleshooting part.

As of now everyday start up the PC will BSOD once and auto reboot. After which its running fine but this will definitely damage the entire system sooner or later I suppose.

time to reinstall ur OS. Kernal problem usually either ur OS cockup liao or Ram dying liao. Also check ur HDD too.

Hmm should not be OS I did a system restore to before all these BSOD happen..

Ah well its a 4 years com...it is time for an upgrade or complete rebuild.

Just wondering where I can dump this rig...

your BSOD error is the PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA

suspect it could be ram issue.
other hardware failing could also lead to this BSOD

Just google for "Bluescreen View" and run it. You should be able to see all the bluescreens and their messages without relying on the Event Viewer.

ram goes up lorry
1st rule
removed rams
brushed it with a COPPER wirebrush
remember the slot( yes brushed the slots too)
swapped position
if no BSOD..confirmed 1 ram is gonelorry
