Front Audio jack problem

when i plug in my earphone into the front audio jack and play music.
some music will play the song background music but with no vocal of the song,
some music will play play the song with vocal but the music is very unpleasant to listen to
when go youtube for video, the video sound can be heard but it is very soft.
Plug 1/3 of headphone jack and everything work as normal.
Can anyone en-light wad the issue with my front audio jack? get a replacement or wad?

tested: not my headphone problem.

try reconnnecting the internal audio cables to the motherboard again

I got the same problem too. Or even worst. Plug it either no sound or weird static sounds.

Gonna try repluggin agn,tried before but no use. Probably check for dust inside? Since the audio Jack for some casing are facing upwards and tends to collect dust easily.

Does the audio jack at the back work properly? If not, then RMA the motherboard or buy a new sound card. Also, try to reinstall the sound card drivers from the motherboard's website.
