Have also updated the (bugfix update) from JWR66Y from JWR66V (yakju)

Gotten the OTA prompt this morning but flash unsuccessful with TWRP..

Found this guide:

i'm the same, stock recovery, only rooted.

do the following:-

1) go into the SuperSU app settings and press 'Full Unroot'
2) boot into Team Win Recovery
3) Flash the stock update file
4) flash the SuperSU1.51 zip
5) Reboot

so I manually download the OTA from [REF] [HOW-TO] [GSM & CDMA] Official | Galaxy Nexus > XDA and manually unroot/flash/root as per above guide..
