Galaxy Note 2 slow charging

using for 1 year + already

the charger will give off high frequency noise when charging phone

recently my phone charge very slow, sometimes plugged in also not charging.

i used the galaxy charging current app, when i use the charge, the maximum and average is about 100mA, the reference is 1698mA. does it mean that the charger got problem?

when i use ipad charger, the maximum and average is 900mA, ref is same.

may be the data cable issue

Please try to change to another data cable.

the cable charges normally on other devices... so i guess it's the batteries problem.

where can i get a new battery?
