Gaming custom PC recommendations.

Hi and to all that is professional in building custom gaming pc. I'm deciding to build a custom pc, i would like to know what are the specs worth getting, which parts and brand to get.

I know a lot of gurus will ask me what games do i intend to play?

Answer: Fallout 4, Dota 2, Call of duty black ops 3, Battlefield hardline & battlefield 4, Football manager 2016, Sim City, Starcraft 2 & CS global offensive.

I do watch movies and some dramas as well.

Please gurus help me and recommend me some of the specs i need to build a pc for my needs.

Im using singtel with their router.

My home is quite an old gen HDB so the room is a little bigger to new houses. when using my ipad in my room i do get disconnected sometimes.
