Gaming PC (2k budget)

Hi bros, i am looking to build a gaming pc with 2k budget. The pc must be able to handle AAA games at preferably the highest settings. In particular, i am looking forward to upcoming titles like Witcher 3 and Dragon Age Inquisition.

The 2k budget includes OS and monitor though peripherals are unnecessary. I have in mind a gtx780 ghz. Not sure if this is a good choice and i hope to receive some advice on that. Also, may i know what screens are recommended? I do not mind spending more on a quality screen. Currently i am looking for 1080p screens as i prefer a 24" screen. Many thanks!

1080p is just too mainstream nowadays. But any way since you just wanna squeeze in highest detail just go for a single gpu solution.

That will be your choice. 144hz will be smooth on your gaming experience. But that is only if you do not mind paying more.

But from my perspective point of view, i rather you take the money and invest on gaming peripherals. It goes a long way. A mechanical keyboard, mouse and speakers will be a better way to invest.

R4 is a good case for silence... if gonna go for mini, i rather u get arc midi r2. Similar size, but can handle atx mobo. Mini can handle matx nia...

The bundle still on, but the best is you check with the selling guy if there is the coupon inside, if not have to send the receipt to the rep to get the code.

$780. And i believe that it is without the coupon codes for BF4.

$846 is used to be with BF4 codes.

And you can always try to bargain your way through further. $780 is definitely not their lowest.

Dont be fooled by the name of the PSU. Although yes i agree the name is weird. But it is good stuffs. Not many people heard about it. And it is not advertising well. There are tons of reviews of their PSU. They are good and they only have gold to platinum range. They dont make low end PSUs. They made quite a few PSU for other brands in US. Such as Kingwin, OCZ mkII silencer and a few more (cant remember le). They make use of these brands to market their PSU.

Any way if there is no stocks then just find mynextcom, they even have the latest Superflower Leadex Gold fully modular. OR alternatively buy Seasonic G650 650w 80+ Gold Semi modular.

As for SSD go for Plextor m6s locally. But i can say at 240gb only amazon can give a good spot.
