Just need a cpu, FPS games like Black Ops, rainbow six siege and games like need for speed.

Monitor and peripherals don't need. My nephew first desktop, he wanted to buy Aftershock Zeal, but told him if he build one himself will be much more cheaper and more powerful. Please help...

Honestly you can just look at the Zeal specs and modify from there. If you still struggle then, just get the Aftershock. DIY is not for you.

save your 700$ from the budget, 2-3 years later buy a 500-700$ gpu and pc is ready for another 3 years.
