Western Digital Blue 1TB
Corsair Vengeance 1600Mhz 16GB (8GB*2)
MSI GTX 980 4G Gaming
Corsair HX1000i 80+ Platinum Fully Modular PSU
Fractal Design Define R5


Any room of improvement?

$290+ for that psu ? like overkill le , unless u gonna do sli later . Maybe just get 750w and use that remain $$ go for samsung 850 pro rather

Well not sure whether you have bought the rig. But if you do then just enjoy the rig and the only way to upgrade further is to throw in another gtx980.

If lets say you have not bought anything. Just downgrade the psu to a 750w and you are still good to go for another gtx980.

In all if your gaming res is just 1080p,time to go for a 1440p or higher res monitor.

Indeed.. Your PSU is more than to power up even 2 290X lightning.

Can get EVGA 1300 watts from amazon for less than 200 or ++.
Getting the corsair here is overkill for your wallet, then again the 1300 is as well lol.
