Gaphic card spoilt, now what?

Hi guys, I reccently found out that my GPU was the cause of my computer going to no signal when im playing games and sometimes even when im on the browser! So I was wondering where i should go to repair it, I bought my sapphire 7970 last DEC so it should still be under warrenty. The thing is will I be able to exchange it for a new one or would I have to send it all the way to sapphire themself?

Bring down to the distro which is Convergent.

Check whether your Sapphire 7970 is from convergent or B&H. If convergent, u have to go ubi. If B&H, u can go sim lim.

Thanks guys! I guess I'll have to go all the way down to ubi then... BTW, does anyone know what they would do with the card and how old it would take?

It should be 1 to 1 exchange for ur case.

u can check ur serial no and see its under who by calling up B&H and convergent and see its under which distro

Woah, I hope that would be the case. I did send my card to Convergent once and they said there were no issues and asked me if I would like to send it to convergent for further checkup. Really hoping it would be a 1 to 1
