Gastritis pain

Currently upper abdominal pain.
I think it's because a few days before I eat a lot of spicy food I rarely take spicy food and sugar cordial.
After that everyday I got gastritis, I think this medication called dexilant.
Which is known to be quite effective on stomach acid. Because 5 years ago I got this problem after that I went to see doctor he suggested me to do endoscopy and he put me on this medication for 1 months after that don't have already. He said when I got this problem once in awhile take this medication for 3 day, it should go away if he still doesn't go away I will go and see a specialist
