Geenet is ceasing its mobile services effective December 31, 2025. Customers will be automatically migrated to M1 Maxx by default to ensure seamless service continuity, with existing SIM cards still usable and plans carrying over with enhanced benefits. Customers who do not wish to migrate must opt out by October 31, 2025, and can do so by visiting a Geenet office to get a new SIM card.
For customers who are being migrated
Automatic migration: Your service will be automatically transferred to M1 Maxx without interruption.
SIM card: You can continue to use your existing Geenet SIM card.
Plan details: The migration includes enhanced benefits, and your new plan's validity will be based on the remaining days of your Geenet plan.
Consent: By accepting the migration, you agree to Geenet sharing your personal data with M1 and accept M1's terms and conditions.
For customers who want to opt out
Deadline: You must opt out by October 31, 2025.
Action required: You must visit a Geenet office in person to get a new SIM card.

Service continuity: Geenet will continue to provide service until December 31, 2025. After this date, you will need to port your number to another operator.
